So there's this girl,
she lives behind a mask,
a mask so thick and believable even those she loves
can't tell she wearing it.

This mask makes her seem happy
joyful and full of life
the face behind it is dead
and depressed.

she loves too hard and too fast,
and never gets it back,
she has high hopes for the world,
but it has none for her,
lies are told everyday,
to keep her sane,
but when the lights go out.
so does the mask.
